An approved cardholder may receive only the customer information reasonably necessary to add the customer as an authorized user. This information should be viewed inside a secure authenticated portal and should not be transmitted through ordinary email.

Brokers may receive access to certain client-order information when they have an established relationship with the customer and appropriate authorization. Broker access will be permission-based and may be limited by role, order, and business need.
